you know how every time you do an update it says "step 1 out of 3 ---% complete" after you turn it on? like before the login menu? well i turn it on and it says "step 3 of 3 100% complete" and then it restarts. that's all it does and i've left it on for like 2 days but nothing :( i dk what to do. *buys a mac
